Ybm Travels — Very Worst experience ever

We booked ticket to Kerala on may 27th at 7pm.But we got struck in traffic and informed the driver the same.They too waited for 10mins as per our conversation.but when we were about to reach the spot they started moving without informing us.when we tried calling them they didn’t pick it up and then we tried from another number and spoke to them and we asked for where we have to come and get the bus.?but the response was we will not stop anywhere you have to come and chase as to places like chengalpat, vilupuram etc and then he told if you reach us also we won’t stop.Then we tried calling the YBM office and spoke to a representative he too answered like them and didn’t help us to reach the spot.From both the end they were not updating the spot.All of a sudden It started raining heavily Holding my 1 year I was roaming and chasing like a mad person.I apologise for the time we reached but I already apologiesed to them that we are for coming late and told them to consider.We paid around 5k and for the auto charge we paid aroun 1k because of this bloody driver and your irresponsible representative.And they blocked us to not reach them anymore.We we’re travelling in YBM from last few years and I have never experienced this kinda situation ever in our life.Very bad and very worst experience from your end.We never gonna travel in this bus anymore and will not suggest to anyone too.I want my amount to be refunded within 3-4 working days or else I am ready to file a case.Awaiting response from your end or be ready to face the consequences.Will tag your brand in social media and update the same if you are not responding or not refunding my money
