Sir, I had ordered one Zen M6i Flipper green mobile from Yebhi on 10.04.2014 for Rs. 1549.00 (Order no. YBH5433529) & had paid the amount using debit card. The delivery time was 6-8 days. On 17.04.2014 I had cancelled the order since there was no update about shipment which displayed "in process" only & the Yebhi customer care no. was not working. I was informed that the paid amount will be refunded to my wallet. After the refund to my wallet was made on 21.04.2014, I opted for a cash refund. I got a mail from them on the same day that the cash has been refunded to my bank account. I have checked my account & till today (23.04.2014) no cash refund has been made.
Sir, on 22.04.2014, I visited my bank (SBI, NIT Durgapur branch) and the officials told me that NEFT is not possible without knowing my a/c no. Yebhi did not ask me for my a/c no., then how could they have possibly transferred the amount? Therefore, I again mailed Yebhi on 22.04.2014 sending my a/c no. to which I got only one automated response. Also all along throughout the process, the customer care no. could not be reached. Sir, please look into the matter. I want my money back.
