this is regarding my high unsatisfaction to the bad service provided
by your side.Despite by continous complain no response has been from
your side.i m sending my details once again ...
i have tried to purchase 2 coats with order i.d. YBH 4936783 on
13.12.2013 but due to reason of non recieving payment the purchase was
cancelled .But my credit card was showing deduction of payment .On
talking with customer care, it was informed that no payment has been
received .after complaining at yebhi .com i recieved a credit of
rs.3998 in my yebhi wallet. i asked for refund in cash option but till
now i have recieved only rs.1999 in my credit card account...
after contacting to hdfc bank they are repeatedly informing us that
only one neft of rs 1999 has been made from pune. After contacting
your customer care executive 3 times and asking for neft statement, has resulted in no response. ...infact promise of call back has not
been fuflilled...if you have already send the 3998rs, then where
lies the difficulty in sending the statement.please either refund or
send the statement.
i m unhappy with the service and if no action will be taken in
response to this email ...i will be left with no other option apart
from legal help...
