My name is priya & i have place an order at yepme my 562 rs deducted but my order not booked, no msg, no mail, no call received from order confirmation.
& second i receive an order from yepme this is defective piece, i want to return, but no one picking call at any of customer helpline no.

Iam trying from last 5 days but no one picking phone
Please resolve my issue asap.

Plz find below snapshot of payment.
Kindly sort out my both issues & guide me what to do to proceed further for refund

Please refund my 562 Rs ASAP.
