[Resolved] Yepme.com — cancelled transaction but refund not processed | |||
Hi, On 19th Nov, I tried placing an order on yepme worth 2615 Rs. from account id associated with pjindal.[protected]@gmail.com username. First transaction payment showed failure thus I had placed same order again (order id[protected] . After some time first payment also went through successfully thus to avoid two same orders I got one of them cancelled through customer care. I have received the order now but the refund amount (2615 Rs.) for the cancelled transaction has not been credited to my bank account yet (has been more than 2 months). Let me know the status asap. Self Mr. Amit Panja Regular Customer of your company. Recently I bought one shoe from your company, Yepme Premium Formal Shoes - Brown(Order ID: 34022049, Dispatch Date:[protected]. After wearing the same for one day i found that my left foot shoe was teared from bottom. Request you to kindly replace the same at the earliest.
