Yepme.com — Delay in refund payment without any valid reason | |||
My name is hardik kotak. I ordered 2 shirts on yepme on 09/04/2015 order id 12920016. But after receiving the product due to quality reasons i applied for return request and refund for the same. They advised me to contact fashionara as the product was a third party product. I called fashionara and comfirmed that they have already processed the same by 05/05/2015. Till date i haven't received refund. I called for 5 times to yepme for this matter but i haven't received any satisfactory solution to my query. If the third party (Fashionara) has processed the refund why yepme is not initiating the payment for refund since 23/05/2015. The amount of refund has been credited to yepme's account on same date. Now they are just giving promises to wait for 3-4 days, 5 days and many more. I dont understand why they have hold the refund despite the third party has already refunded the amount to its credit. I have also spent more than 100rs. Just on calling yepme in last 1.5 months.I want a prompt solution to this matter. Kindly look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |||

It feels so embarassing. Now you are telling, "We have escalated your concern to the refund team to deeply evaluate the case", and what about the time and money I have spent on calling yepme since 24th May till date.Does it mean that I just made fake calls while asking for the status of my refund? You kept on giving promises but no executions at all. This simply means that you don't value your customer.
