Yepme.com — Incorrect order received and now no refund | |||
I had placed order vide order ID 6662721 on 1/5/2014 for 4 pairs of shoes. I received 3 pairs within 5-6 days. The order was missing 1 shoe with item code XXX. For the delivery of missing shoe or its refund I called several times to their customer care with Mr. Krishna and Mr. Pravin Kumar vide request/complaint no. 655481, 670870, 678962... These people assured return of money Rs. 299/- within 8 to 10 days. But now after 37 days of my order yepme has not resolved the issue. Please do the needful... Thanks... Today I am uploading a photo of invoice attached to the courier I received. In this photo you can clearly see the content as only 3 shoes. The total of Amt of three items i.e. 299 + 499 + 299 comes to Rs. 1097/- But the photo clearly shows the total as 1396/- which is short of Rs. 299/- of the 4th shoe.
