[Resolved] Yepme.com — non refund of cancelled order

Order no 33692879was given for product and paid through paytm on 25.5.2017 but yepme cancelled order automatically. I written several email to [protected]@yepme.com but refund is still awaited after several reminders. I also talk to customer care but he told me that amoint is not showing against above order whereas paytm also confirmed payment rs498 against above order vide email which was same forwarded to yepme.com.
