[Resolved] Yepme.com — online payment issue with order

I placed an order for on 14th sept for yepme formal shoes - black & paid the money through online payment bharat qr code,

Till some time, i did see the order with description that your order is ready to dispatch. When i raised a complaint, i didnt see the order anymore,

I tried 50 times calling customer care but no response. No body answers if one tries to contact customer care. I am really shocked to experience this after purchasing lot of items from this site.

Attach screenshot for transition icici bank. So please refund my money.

Hello, Order number is not show that is a big problem. only For my ICICI Bank Transition ID 20170914113935. So Please recheck my Transition ID.
