[Resolved] Yepme.com — Order automatically cancelled | |||||
Hi i placed a order on 29th may using the voucher and the additional amount i paid by debit card, my order number is 33709552. I was supposed to recivie my order by 4th june, on 4 th june the status was ready for dispatch so i went on the complain section on 5th and i placed a complain for faster delivery, however on 6th when i checked it showed that there is no order and when i went to ppace a complain it showed that i cannot place a complain as my order is canceled. I have not cancelled my order and i tried reaching the customer service number and i was waiting for 60 minutes did not get to talk to anyone. I want to know the reason of the cancelation of my order and if the order is canceled when would i get the voucher money back so tht i can place the order again and also when will i get the refund of the amount i have paid.
