Yepme.com — order cancelled by yepme and payment not returned

I made a purchase worth rs. 1137 on 31.07.2017 from yepme app and made the online payment from bank of india.
Order id : 33812971

The products were supposed to be delivered on 6th of july, but on 7th july when i tracked, the status showed was "ready for dispatch".

I lodged a complaint from their app for faster delivery.
Complaint no: 3033060

On 8th of july, when i went to track the progress they showed me the order has been cancelled.

There has been no email or sms stating they had cancelled the order. Their customer care does not ever recieve any calls.

And my money has not been refunded. This is a clear case of fraud and cheating.

Please take necessary action.

Updated by Abhik Misra On messaging on their FB account (YepMe shooping), a representative replied stating the amount would be credited to my account within 14 to 21 days from the cancellation of the order, i.e after 8th of August.

I have not yet received the refund.
Can you please help me take necessary action?
