[Resolved] Yepme.com — order cancelled refund not processed | |||||
I have booked an order id #33790435 on 15.07.2017 and made a payment of rs. 738 through my sbi credit card. When product was not received i checked status on website it displayed "order rejected". I sent an email to yepme and reply received on 28.07.2017 that refund will be processed with 14-21 days. Refunds has not been processed till now. I have sent another email on 15.08.2017, no reply received. No one pick phone at customer care number. Was this information helpful? | |||||
