Sir,
Order id. 32888559 dt. 26/11/16 has been rejected on account of payment failure. This is not true. I have made payment through mobiwik wallet and the transaction id is hmbk[protected] dt.26/11/16. For rs.1225/-. The said amount has been deducted from my bank (Sbi).
What is my fault? I have paid the amount and the amount has been deducted from my account. Why the order has been cancelled for no fault of mine. I am in urgent need of the trousers.
Please restore my order.

Updated by mahtabenter The customer care no.[protected] has been keeping on hold calls meant for talking to Customer Executive but the executives are not responding even after being on hold for 55minutes. the call is not being picked up by the Customer Executive. It is very pathetic condition of customer care service. i have already lost rs. 69/- since yesterday on being kept on hold but representative not responding.Please help.
