[Resolved] Yepme.com — order rejected but no refund on credit payment | |||
I placed an order on 24th september 2017 at 5 pm and made the payment of rs. 1927/- through paytm. It showed as failure and the order status was 'verification pending'. But now the order status shows as 'rejected' but i haven't got my money back. I have been calling your customer care but nobody responds. How can i get my money back. I wanted to talk to a representative regarding my order, but the phone lines are always busy . its been 3 days since i have been trying to get hold of them during their business hours. also their corporate number just drops without going through
