[Resolved] Yepme.com — Order was rejected - refund not initiated | |||||
I placed order in yepme.com and received sms on 29th may 2017 as order id 33708376 placed and will get deliver in 5-7 days. But after 7days the order status was changed into "order rejected" I have not received any mail about "order confirmed" and "order rejected" I try to call your helpline number [protected] (Not toll free number) since 31st may. Every time i lost rs.10 to rs.20 even though i need speak with your executives but i never spoke with any one. Righ now time is 11:30am i calling yepme.com customer care number since 11:01am till now call not answered @ yepme.com : don't reply as we are trying to call your mobile number but no response from your end because i never any received call from your team. Kindly try to help on this to me and i am very sorry to try to purchase from your site. I never do this mistake again Was this information helpful? | |||||
