Yepme.com — Product not delivered and money also not refunded | |||
I had ordered Long Shree Nightwear in Red on 15th May, 2015 through Yep Me but inspite of such a long time, the product has not been delivered to me. Now I do not require the product, I want my money refunded back to my account. Order Number was 13587448 and my contact number is [protected]. Payment of Rs. 499 was deducted from my ICICI Bank Credit Card. Please cancel the order and refund my money back. I have contacted Yepme many times over phone as well as sent e-mail IDs but they are not paying any heed to my requests. Was this information helpful? | |||

You have been using my money for the last 15 days and surprisingly still you require 3-4 days to resolve the issue. I contacted your customer service many times but you even didn't care to respond. Its only when I have used this platform that you have responded to my complaint.
Your customer service is really very poor. This was my first experience of transacting through your website but I will never use your website for online shopping again nor I will recommended your website to any one.
Please refund my money urgently.
