[Resolved] Yepme.com — refund not received since 7 months | |||||
My mobile number: [protected] My mail id: [protected]@gmail.com Order i'd: 33760219. . I have ordered products from yepme.com on 17th june 2017. And paid my money (680 rupees) using debit card. And i had cancelled the order on 19th june 2017 due to delay in delivery. Now today is 20th december 2017 still i have not received my refund. I have contacted and mailed customer care more than 30 times. Every time i call, they say that, i would receive my refund in 15 days. But i haven't received till now. I have also wasted 400 rupees on calling the customer care. Since their customer care is not toll free. I want my money back in my bank or whether as a promo code.
