[Resolved] Yepme.com — regarding money deduction and credited as coupon code | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I already made the complaint over phone. But till now i have not received any money. Mobikwik wallet transaction id - jmbk[protected] Date: november 1st 2017 paid to yepme 897/- The above transaction is unsuccessful but money is deducted. Failed order no. Is 33946252 The customer care told me to send the money as coupon codes but till now i have not received any coupon code. On december 15 2017 finally customer care received the call and told me that coupon codes send to your mail id and my mobile too within 5 hours. But till now i have not received any.
