[Resolved]  Yepme.com — Shoe received which is in abnormal size

Ref; Trailing mails. I have placed an on line with YEPME on a hope that you will attend to it properly. On receipt of the material it is noticed that the size is abnormal and it is of no use. When I intend to return to it, I noticed from your RETURNS FORM that the reimbursement of courier charges on the sending back this material to your New Delhi office, that” you will send a coupon of Rs.150 on my registered e mail/mobile numbers as a reimbursement of courier charges for future purchase. What a clever dealing is this. Moreover, I am to bring to your notice that I have placed this order thro on line, I received a message on that same day itself that my order has been processed and would be delivered to me tentatively on 29.05.2015. But surprised that it was delivered on 23.05.2015 after noon itself. By this, It is evident that you have delivered this material thro your Local Franchise at CHENNAI . In you terms and conditions, you have given that the local delivery will be made at FREE OF COST. When such is the case, why you have charged Rs.99/- towards delivery charges on this sale . Kindly refund the same immediately to my bank account furnished to you. Or. Arrange to furnish the details as to which courier the product has been couriered to me from your destination to CHENNAI and its docket number and date, immediately. Here couriers are demanding more than Rs.l150/- for this item from Chennai to New Delhi. You are so particular about selling your product but imposed various conditions on refund. Hence, the shoe may be replaced with THE SZIE number 7 or equivalent to the size of 8 thro your local courier and ask them to take back the below referred material immediately. Hope you will understand this and address. If you do not come forward to address this immediately, make a note of it that this is my last purchase from YEPME Finallay, I have contracted your customer care over you phone no.[protected] three of four times, no of the time, my call was attended getting an auto tune as”yepme representatives are speaking to some one, will attend my call shortly. Moreover it is too long. While I start wearing it, I noticed that it is so loose and there is a wide gap in to it . It is not properly fit into my legs. My normal size is 8 ( BATA SIZE) .Based on which only size no.8 has been ordered. But yepme size of 8 is noway relevant to size 8 but it is equivalent to the size of 10. The purpose for which the shoes ordered with yepme is not at all serving my usage. Hence kindly take back this material and supply show size 7 or size equivalent to the BATA SIZE of 8. Kindly replace is immediately.Your invoice ref.is BK3147545 dt, 23.05.2015 Kindly attend to it immediately and ensure that the replacement is made immediately .
