Yepme — deducted payment and not dispatched goods

Dear consumer complaint court,

Here is another fraud company that takes payments and does not deliver and action complaints.

The company has deducted payment from my account and there is no change in order status i.e. still pending and no action is being taken by the company to confirm order and dispatch goods

They deserve to be shut-down.

Dear Refund Team,

Please see enclosed the status of my order shows as pending, although a payment has been deducted once I actioned the text from yepme saying "convert your COD order id to prepaid and get 20% off.

Please action this order earliest as you have deducted payment from my account and there is no change in order status.
this matter verbally (as I have made several attempts already).

PS: Its impossible to reach your customer care telephonically and resolve
