[Resolved] Yepme — Issue Regarding Delivery | |||||
On 17th June, two products are ordered and payment was made online. It's more than two weeks now that the orders are not received by me. When checked in Delhivery, it was down order rejected. Without my notice they did this and also no scope for me to refund since 14 days padded already. Tried calling customer service numbers but no response from the other side. And today for a call from a yepme guy, he refers me to initiate refund complain in [protected]@yepme.com which again is invalid website. This is biggest fraud fooling customers across India.
