Yepme — Refund of damaged products | |||||
I raised 2 complaints concerned with refund of 2 products... They promised that it would take 14 to 21 days for the refund. Now its almost 1 month and no refund has been provided till now.. They didnt provide me the yepme coupons for the amount i spent for reversal courier of the products.. One more pathetic situation was that they offer reward points for the purchased items.. I got more than 400 points.. But oneday they reduced themselves the point to 72..such a pathetic shopping experience with yepme.. Order numbers : 31000175, 31077478 email id : [protected]@gmail.com Contact no : [protected] Requirements : 1. Provide the refund amount for both the orders as soon as possible, 2. Send me the courier charges as yepme coupons, 3. Re transfer the deducted yepme reward points Pls maintain a proper standard as we are trusting your shopping site..
