I bought yepme watch from flipcart.then after its has a problem in belt colour was removed. My watch is in warrenty period as shown in invoice I added a photo So I complain about it to yepme.they said me to send the watch to the below screenshot address I attched it to delhi.then they said "we have not same product please choose another watch "I select the watch which includes my refund its price is 1299.I also give u a picture about that watch.now after those process the watch status is not told by them to me still I m calling this numbers which I showed in screenshot they are not responding me.I have all the proof that they are fraud.they are not answering my calls.how I get my watch back.plz help me regarding this quary.hope so it will done by you.thank you .. We are booked a product of rs 200 Order number 32055315 but Auguste 29 after September 11th day i get the message of order is cancelled and refund ll be process in 10 days but still we did not get the refund of it, when we called the customer care no answered from that end and more than a hour waiting for it, please resolve
