[Resolved]  Yepme.com — worst shipping ever

I have been trying to call your customer care number from last 4 days but nobody picks up the call, you put me on hold for hours but it never gets connected-it is kind of harassment to the customer who shop from
Yepme-this is highly disappointing.
I have placed order number 33871901 and 33871909, however i have received order number 33871901 after raising complaint but have got the smaller size of the footwear.
Now i want to return order number[protected]due to smaller size and want my money back asap-how can i do that as i can’t find anything on the website to return the product.
And for my other order 33871909, while tracking online it says `you order has been cancelled` however i have never cancelled my order-now i would like you to cancel my both order as haven’t received any kind of
Msg or confirmation when will i get it hence i don’t need it anymore.
Please refund my money (419+419=838) for both the orders as i have paid via credit card.
Also please confirm when will i get my refund..?

We all want govt to close this yepme website which is cheating all consumers by taking the money prepaid and not refunding back the amount, when customers call to care centre they have minimum responsibilty to receive the call also. So we request to close this website as soon as possible

I have returned the product 4 months before orid[protected] but yepme still didnt refund my money

Hi I have ordered a shoe from yep me on 05-09-17 but its not delivered also I did not got any mail regarding the successfulll order. I have ordered using my ID Email:[protected]@gmail.com and mobile number is [protected].Request to checvk and get back to me.i have not get any order id to my mail or mobile
Worst online website ever seen..had ordered shoes costing rd. 399+23 = 422..
I didn't get my shoes nor my money..pls do not buy anything on prepaid..always go for a c.o.d
