I have returned my product i. E nanophone c on 25th of october. But company still not refunding my money. I have sent over 50 mails to the company, but stll no response. It is the worst company i ever seen. Even the team and manager is also shameless. No one care about company & even don’t care about their words also. The company is a big fraud. This company seems to be running a scam, no one is picking up the phone and none of the email are being replied stating how the refund reversal would take place.

ORDER DFQPLNJNM - REFUND PROCESSED

We have processed your Yerha.com refund for order with the reference DFQPLNJNM.

This is the only email I have received so far and none the calls made to[protected] have been answered.

Any has any clue and how do we proceed?
