I get the faulty product from them now they don't want to refund my money in my account.
Order of rs4050 is there order no. 1441.
They want me to purchase another product else they will give me voucher of that amount which is valid only on their website.
I don't want to purchase any product from them because i didn't satisfied with their services.

I placed an order# DFQPLNJNM on yerha.com and returned the product the moment I had seen it as the quality of the products were substandard and we're not up to the mark. There were three products and costed Rupees. 4437/- . No they have raised credit vouchers and are refusing to refund the amount. I am being forced to purchase anything from there website to the tune of the initial order.

How do I get my money back.

I have ordered reinvent phone vide order no. Npjedmmwl on 9th mar'18. The amount of rs.4000 has been deducted from my credit card and still they're showing the payment is pending and none is replying my queries on their website and the customer care no. Doesn't exist. It seems to be fraud company.

I would expect the non-defective piece on time else the refund of my money. I have also come to know that they've been delivering...

I have returned my product i. E nanophone c on 25th of october. But company still not refunding my money. I have sent over 50 mails to the company, but stll no response. It is the worst company i ever seen. Even the team and manager is also shameless. No one care about company & even don’t care about their words also. The company is a big fraud. Never buy the product from yerha....

I bought elari c phone from yerha.com. But when the product arrived it was faulty which i notified them in an hour after the delivery and returned the product as per the process.
Now i am chasing them for my refund but there is no response. I tried to contact their customer care but there's never any reaponse.

I logged into facebook and in the marketing column, i have found yerha.com selling talkase mobile phone. So i logged into yerha.com and ordered phone with order id: oqoaujoau.

But yerha team has delivered a defect handset which is not switching on. I tried charging it and it is still not switching. So i created a return request online by logging into yerha.com with return request number: #000599 on 11. July.2017. But no response...

I've ordered talkase in yerha.com. -ZIVHPGSXK, invoice NO-Y16Q116699, order num-31767 I've ordered talkase t1 on 25th Feb now I'm facing some techinacal issues with this device, it's not charging properly ‎when it is connected to power socket it's charging when it is removed from power socket it's displaying low battery instead of keeping hours of charging.
I sent an email to them and tryed to contact them through phn it's switched...

I have placed a hoco 2in 1 charger from the website www.yerha.com on 21/9/2016. I received the product on 24/9/2016 but I found the product was faulty and I requested for replacement on 27/9/2016 and returned the product via blue dart courier with tracking # [protected] and the product even delivered to the sender on 3/10/2016. After that I called them left message to them but no response at all. I am now kind of feeling...
