I bought Mesuit a device that helps you add another android phone on your iPhone . This is exclusively available on Yerha.com.The order number KNOYYLLHP dt 15th Aug 2017. The devie was delivered in 2-3 days.I went through the instructions and tried to install.The recommended Mesuit application was not available on the Appstore and on contactineg Apple Support I learnt that it is probably not supported by Apple.And then began the horrific journey. The two phone numbers given on the Yerha.com website were not reachable so I had no option but to write many mails to elicit the response. They sent me a link to download the application which I know was a workaround or a Jugad. Downloaded the app but it wont function as expected. The iphone gave back the message saying the developer is untrusted.So i wrote again to Yerha.com with arequest to take back the device and refund my money. All mail replies would be delayed. Someone called me from a another mobile number telling me that the company wont take it back as I had requested the return aftre 3 days and hence i was not eligible to get the refund. But it was clear that I was trying to istall the device and it was Yerhas own slow response which was causing the delay.Finally they asked me to return the device to a courier boy who they were to arrange to pick up. Till today 16th September 2017 no one has reached me .Also they say they will repair the device and send back.I cannot understand whne the problem clearly is the IOS compatibility what will they do with the hardware. Even now I am very unsure whether they will pick this up and refund my money.Please help me in getting my hard earned ₹9999 back. Another point, this was endorsed by some tech gurus. Can we proceed against them as well?
