On 28th April, I was charged twice for full arms waxing. Attaching the invoice of the same below. When I asked the receptionist about high amount, I was told the prices for all the services had increased. But now after I downloaded the invoice I can see I've been charged twice for the same service.

    I bear a BSP card with below details:

    I have paid 20, 000 for this to avail services which had a validity for 1 year. Due to pandemic and as I am a IT professional we have work from home currently. Due to this situation I'm unable to utilize my card to the fullest. My current balance amount in my cared is is around 20K, as I'm staying at my native and there are no YLG stores at my place I'm unable to avail the services. And YLG guys are telling me that my card validity will be over by this Aug- 2022. So my money will be gone to YLG .
    Please look into my issue, I want my balance amount to be refunded to my account.

        I've done upper lip threading but that counter person charge me pink bright brazilian wax upper lip which I've not done that service and amount was 2.5 times High and I need the clarity why I'm being charged for a service which I didn't ask for.

            They persuade the customers to take BSC card and invest in it. I have taken it last year but due to Covid situation, couldn't avail the services for all the money I paid in the card. I got a call few weeks back that the validity is going to expire. I asked them to extend the validity which they said can be extended for 2 months only. I have around 17K left in my card. I'm not in a position to avail the services. They have the option to freeze the card.
            However, I can't use this huge amount in 2 months. What will happen to the rest of my money? Please help.

              I got multiple services done in ylg Brookfield on 13th feb 2020 worth of 6000 for which i had received Rs.6000 worth of voucher and due to pendemic I could never redeem it. I tried to check with ylg store Brookfield but they could not help me with that. Could you please help me with that? Their email team or customer care never respond.

              I don’t have any images of the voucher because it was like a normal receipt which got erased over time. When i called up the store they had promised me that i can still avail the services and now they are saying i need to contact customer care. I have dropped multiple mails to them and tried to contact customer care but I couldn’t not get this resolved. please help me with this asap.

                Email team never replies

                I have been trying to extend the card validity due to personal reasons and know if it can be done .. or atleast transfer the money to wallet ..no replies.. I can't reach customer care through call .. tried contacting the home salon people, to transfer the amount to the wallet .. they say my validity expires today no beauticians available . Get no proper responses .. this is ridiculous and I'm in a point where I won't use YLG service ever...

                Very bad customer interaction from R R Nagar ylg team. All my friends are regular members of ylg so I recommend it to my sister. They straight out insulted a teenage girl and refused to give her any service because her hairs where too thick? I definitely want a explanation for this from their side.

                  Every time i pay heft amount for just a normal trim, i get the worst service no matter how many ever stylists i change. And to top it all, i get my service done by a senior stylist. I get cheated all along only to find and realise its the worst ever and get dissatisfied for the money paid and also for the reward i got.

                    The staff and manager at YLG n BTM layout are very unprofessional. My experience has been bad. I had gone for some services. In the middle of my pedicure the staff doing the service decides to go and have lunch . She applied the scrub and said wait for 5 minutes, then went inside and only returned in 15 minutes after me calling out sating she is having her lunch. I have no problem if she had told me she was hungry and i would have taken the service later, this is not acceptable that she started the service then left me waiting in the middle to have lunch.

                    Regarding the manager. At the start of the setvices i had clearly mentioned what i required . After agreeing and starting the services the manager cancelled my haircut stating there is no time and he has to accomadate another customer. This after the staff delayed me by going off for lunch inbetween my services.

                    If there is a lunch time clearly state it on the board so no ones time is wasted. If your appointments are full please do not take customers tell them that the services can be done and then cancel in the mid way.

                    Very dissapointing experience ! Zero point for professionalism.

                      I recently visited YLG Salon located at CBI road, Bangalore for a hair cut on 23-jul-2021 and I did not have an appointment though, they were waiting for a booked appointment customer to arrive at 6:30pm but the salon lady executives tried calling the customer and looked like she was expected late so they checked with person who was doing a hair cut, asked me to wait for few minutes so I waited, all of a sudden a guy probably a receptionist came from outside and denied hair cut stating that customer is going to come and they cannot do it, it was already 6:30 and that customer didn't arrive, still they let me off without even trying to check if there was any other slot I wish to take or so, this guy at reception was very rude, I called a little later to test if they have appointment now, and he denied while the other customer was yet to come. This whole situation looked very strange as if they were not interested, so I went to Lakme and got my hair cut done. I am anyways not going to visit YLG again, but wanted to alert the customer care about the anomoly and pathetic experience I had, please take measures to ensure this does not happen again to any other customer.

                        I have got my service from YLG Saloon Leela Palace Road Bangalore and I was given 2 coupons, one for Rs.2500 which was valid till March 30th which I had availed and another for Rs.2500 which was valid till April 30th. But due to lockdown I couldn’t avail the April coupon. Hence I kindly request you to provide the service of Rs.2500 as per the coupon post lockdown.
                        I called couple of times to the ylg Center, regarding this but no response.

                        FYI : I had faced similar issue last year, A ylg Employee named Nandini from HRBR layout branch, kalyanagar, Bangalore, requested me to avail a service for 5000 so that I’ll get a coupon of 4000. So i got few services got done that particular day, but I dint need any other services that day but Nandini requested me to take services so that I’ll be eligible for the coupon. Since I dint want any services, I made the advance payment of 3000 and they promised that they would get me the services when I need them. But after few days lockdown was imposed n I had to go to my hometown, but I kept asking Nandini if I’ll get the services for the advance payment of 3000 which I have made, along with the coupon of 4000 which was given to me. She promised I would get them. But when I was back to Bangalore I called Nandini, initially she confirmed that come on Tuesday n avail the services. But next day, when I made a call to make an appointment, she said they can’t give me the services for the coupon, but I asked atleast refund the money or to provide me the services for the money I had paid them i.e., 3000, but they ignored my calls n rejected giving lame reasons. So being a regular customer I don’t want to be cheated like this again.

                        FYI: it’s corona so I can’t risk my life n come to parlour to avail the coupon or to get services, so you should provide the customers services that is promised.
                        I have dropped multiple emails yet no response.

                          Team,
                          I have had the worst experience in customer service in YLG Vijaynagar today (10 March at around 430PM).
                          I want to file an official complaint on this. The store manager yelled at me, was rude, disrespectful & spoke rubbish. He does not know basic communication.
                          If you are not coming back to me with an action on this, I will find a legal recourse on this.
                          To give you a background I have been visiting YLG Vijaynagar for the last 5+ years with minor hiccups here & there. But nothing like what I experienced today. Please remember YLG is a functioning salon because of customers like me who use the service. It's not the other way around -
                          I took an appointment for head oil massage on 08 or 09 March 2021 for 10 March 2021. I confirmed twice on the call if oil was available since earlier I was told there was no oil. The person on the phone confirmed the availability of oil & asked another hair service member to confirm the price of Rs.400 plus taxes. I double confirmed this. I was given reminder calls for the services & I confirmed it and went to YLG at 420PM. I was asked to wait. And the store manager said there is no oil. Despite confirmation from the salon twice! This was sheer negligence on your teams part. After that it was all haywire.
                          When I said it's unacceptable, he shouted at me and was disrespectful. I travelled 30 minutes to make it to the appointment. He shouted very badly & I left the coupon I had & walked away. He mentioned he has never confirmed it & I never spoke on the phone to him. I request the video in the store be thoroughly checked along with audio of confirmation given to me. Without listening to what mistakes him/ his team made or suggesting alternative or assuring the customer of making up for the mistake, the store manager screamt at me with utmost disrespect. He refused to give his name when I mentioned I wanted to raise a complaint & shouted at me as if I am his servant.

                          Does your team not have basic customer communication training? Firstly, basic speaking skills, secondly confirming incorrect things.I had a coupon worth INR 350 that I left in the salon & i have travelled for no reason & suffered immense mental & emotional trauma before a travel.
                          Do provide me an update for my grievance. Let me know the course of action & if you are not willing to, I will look for legal recourse. I have enough family & friends visiting your salon & I feel obligated to share my experience with them and never visit your salon after your wonderful treatment.

                            I opted for the signature facial which contains 11 steps. I noticed outside the box which contains the facial the contents had different news and 11 contents, but inside every sachet mentions "sandalwood and turmeric facial kit" it also contained just 8 sachets. Kindly see the same in pictures. This is unacceptable. I wanted a premium facial but instead I got some cheap one instead. If it was a normal sandalwood and turmeric facial I would've opted for a substandard salon or better yet done it at home myself. I can't believe you are cheating your customers this way. I blindly trusted the brand "YLG" now I feel I've made a big mistake. I hope you take some action.

                              After the service if v compare
                              The result is same
                              There was no difference between gold nd platinum wax 😏
                              It was same as gold
                              It wasn't worth of money

                                Worst customer support no response to several email of mine. And now they just backing off from their words that they agreed upon of email. During a pandemic and lockdown how do they expect ppl to come. More over they try to make sure to take lump some amount from you in name of offer and then say it's expired. This is not what I expected from ylg a brand I trusted the most. No response at all after several emails.

                                  My name is Neha Rawat i have visited to YLG for hair cut with my sister in law near ulsoor cambridge layout on october 25, 2020, i had a very long and shiny hair and it was my first time to cut my hair medium short and stylish hair as i usually prefer long hair, but this time i wanted to give a try and took risk because i belong to media and photography field and in our profession we tend to meet high profile clients, for that i have to maintain my look, its very unproffesional haircut.
                                  one lady attended me there and i have showed her the hairstyle pic which i googled, she started cutting my hair at the beggining only and i have asked her to cut properly as she was cutting in a different way, where my hair was not getting that finishing which is mentioned in a pic, we requested her so many times to correct the hair style but she kept on ignoring us and given the wrong haircut and when we raised our concerned she said " ye hairstyle aisa hi hota hai madam"
                                  we literally had to raise our voice and kept on telling her please correct the hairstyle, please give the proper finishing, all she was doing is playing with scissor. and she ruined my hair.
                                  every month i have to meet my high profile clients and with this hair i cant meet any of my client,
                                  it will effect my work, my earning during this pandemic time, it will risk my work, who will compensate for that, , though i didnt pay for my haircut but thats not enough, i need a proper resolution and compensation for this, because my work is at risk.
                                  i need a compensation at any case and i need my one month earning compensation from ylg which is 50 k .
                                  i have attached my before PIC, after PIC and the hairstyle pic which i wanted to cut, for your reference, kindly take action on this as soon as possible.

                                    I went for a haircolor service (Global highlights) today. While choosing shade i told the stylist i need visible color and nothing subtle. I requested him for two shades for alternate streaks. My friend also came along for same service. While hers was perfectly fine, my stylist chose to mix both the shades together and put it. When i asked him he said, it will come out nice.
                                    While it looks ok but it's subtle not how i wanted. Also when i am paying approx 4k for a service, i think the choice to decide should be mine.
                                    When i requested to raise a complaint, i was told they don't have a complaints book. Also nobody even asked if we liked the service.
                                    Is it like, you come, we decide for you, you just pay money??

                                      This is regarding ylg saloon, star bazar, kundalahlli bangalore branch. On 24th feb i had taken hair smoothning service and paid rs 10000. After 1st wash my smoothning gone away then next week i visited branch and shown them my hair.. Branch manager vikram took my hair pictures and told me that he is sharing with experts and will let me know later. Unfortunetly lockdown happened due to covid 19 and store got closed. I called in between to him and he assured me that my issue will be addressed once store will be opened. Today i visited to store and again they checked my hair. Now they made story that i should go for 3 sitting of spa and after that they will do smoothning again at free of cost.. I am shocked to know that one sitting spa is costing 2400rs and again i have to spend 7200rs. I asked them why earlier it was not suggested before smoothning so they told me that now after smoothning my hairs are weak.. Now tell me is it my fault. I already spent rs 10000 and again i have to invest rs 7200. Let me clear you this point that ylg is making fool of their customers. Now i don't want any service.. I want my refund of rs 10000...
