Yms Mobitech Pvt Ltd. — insurance for my handset

I had my phone insured from the company apps you need when i purchased the phone.
My phone had broken down and i applied for the insurance claim.
I registered on the apps you need site and
Uploaded the required documents. My claim got accepted
Since then i have called the company many time but no one picks up the phone. The toll free number is of no use. I get no response from your staff member who insist that they are no longer a part of yms mobitech pvt ltd.
Its not only me, when i saw the company site its filled with complains from all over india regarding similar issues.
I think a firm action should be taken against them so they dont fraud with relying consumers and harass us. I t is strictly required that necessary action be taken and that i get my full money back
