Yo China — service charges against consumer willingness

1. We had food there at yo china crown interioz faridabad on 26th may.
2. Total food bill came inr 1353 /- inclusive of service charges also.
3. We paid bill cash but later came to know that it included service charges.
4. We request to waive service charges but they refused (Mr. Mahesh sharma). They said we should inform them before making the payment.
5. My question why don’t yo china mentioned us before making bill or is there any rule book issued by govt that they can charge it and no need to inform.
6. This is absurd. But i assure you that i will not stop here if i haven’t receive any answer.
