You Broadband India — Didn't receive the refund after submitting my two devices

Respected Consumer Forum,

I had You Broadband connection since 2015. Because of I had been gone to out of India. I disconnected the internet connection from You Broadband.

After that I came back to India from 2019. I used again You Broadband internet connection again. And also used it during COVID-19.

I changed my internet provider to GTPL so I disconnected You Broadband. From April 2023, the...

You Broadband India — Terrible customer service, pathetic attitude

We have an account with You Broadband since 2018.

The quality of the internet connection has always been average with the connection dropping frequently.

Our connection is activated as required based on our travel.

This time we activated the connection on Saturday 2nd September but found that there is water coming through the external cable which is not working as a result. They took 2 days to...
