I bought a second-hand washing machine from yourchoiz store on 22/06/22 they had delivered me on time but the washing machine was not working so I requested for service people to visit and check but it's been 4 days they haven't visited my house for repairing the washing machine. I'm calling them daily and they are saying they will visit, but they are not every day they are fooling me that they will visit, and also now they are not responding to my calls.

I bought a double door fridge on the 7th of August they promised a warranty on the motor for 1 year and on the fridge it self for 6 months but as soon as the fridge was delivered we could not use the fridge as we had to let the fridge settle so we used the fridge the next day and found out that the fridge was defective so we called the company to get the fridge repaired by the technician since 3 weeks now they always say they will come and fix the fridge but now they are not even answering the phone
