Z2P — I pay extra emi but we could not respond

I pay emi in december month completed but one extra emi payment credited in company account i complaint several times but company not answering me and company accounts section cannot refund to the my account so consider emi this month or refund to my account.

Sevral times i complaint to comapny but not responding

30 days taken but not responding

and ask complete the emi i uploaded but company not responding
i ask company refund or close my emi payment company not responding

I have paid processing fee Rs.250/- to the account number provided by Z2P via email . But till now disbursement of loan didnt happened. The link which is provided to update processing fee is disabled status for one day, finally updated.Now there is know response from the team. So many times mailed, but no response from you.

Iam receiving the message attached again and again even though I am in no way connected with the person Naresh Samala and I didn't even met him till now.

I request whoever concerned to obstain from sending such messages else may have to face dire consequences.
