[Resolved]  Zaak E Payment — ticket not booked on irctc rail connect app

I had made one transaction on 25/5/2018 at 11:08 am for booking ticket for indore-pune express (Boarding st - bhiwandi road), unfortunetly ticket didnt booked, but amount has been deducted from my bank, so i request you to refund my amount. I booked a ticket through irctc rail connect app. The payment has proceed upto otp verification through zaak payment and after that process automatically cancelled and ticket was not booked.
So there is no booking takes place but amount deducted from my axis bank accont. Please help me out from this and how i get my refund.
