I had ordered for Stokzio (pack of 6 boxes) from Zaavio (Order No.:[protected] & Invoice ID: 25324AACS007111). But the one I received is not the one. It is totally a different product. First order from Zaavio disappointed me. I believe either I may get the replacement or the refund.
The one displayed while purchasing is completely different. Kindly do the needful.
The details of the product I had ordered is:
Dimensions: 16X12X16 inches
Water proof synthetic fiber
Steel rods
Six numbers
30 days replacement
2 years warranty
But the one I received is having the dimensions of 10X10X3 inches without any rods. no reply from their end.
