Zapvi — fake website and fake service

I uave experienced the same kind of problem with me

I purchased a back cover three days back where it is mentioned that you will get this item in 3 working days I call on there customer care number is continuing switch off I want my back cover as early as possible and after this I will make a huge complaint in Labour court and consumer forum

I have order mobile cover from zapvi but i didnt get it. I have done my payment by debit card ye fraud app hai please ise app ko band karo ye sub ka paisa lut raha hai

Sir i order Frome zapvi of my mobile back cover now 7 working day after my order in processing and they are not give me reply and didn't receive my call sir .

Please give my refund sir please

I had tried to order a mobile case and completed my transaction but my order is not placed...im trying for the customer care but they've not responding...resovle my problem

These froud people they don't give any rating I has back case order success fully in zapvi websitecomplete but they have automatically cancel kare my amount was lost any body can help me

I odered redmi note 6 cover, company send me massege me about delevry but not receive any mobile cover

Even I am recently victimized. In my case they accepted the order, I did the payment. They processed and have even given me the AWB No. of XpressBees but the status from last 3 days is No Data Found on XpressBees website. I the contacted courier company and they confirmed that my package has not been handed over to them. I have continuously trying to contact their given mobile but nobody picks up the same.

Seems like a fraud website like everybody is saying. I'm gonna sue them to the consumer court if not get any revert within 2-3 days.

Beware guys! This is reason why people pay more but buy from authentic and big e-commerce platforms.

I ordered mobile cover from Zapvi, but i haven't received it yet. I already paid the amount.

Zapvi looks like Kgprinton.com who just sell mobile for 3-4 month then after assurance of customer they took prepaid orders and run away.

No one can contact them and website is down too. Don;t trust they can run away suddenly.

I Ordered 6 Mobile Cases 4 days Ago but They didn't even shipped my product yet. I thought this site was geniune I even took money from my frnds to order for them.
As Their site says after 24 hours shipped but its been 4 Days.. As u all know their mobile no. Is switched off.. I think We should Collaborate And File Case against this Fraud company.. u can't even understand How much they earn from us. If they don't Deliver my product i am going to suit aCase against this company..

These fraudsters need to be put behind bars. Help me get my money back. 😠😡🤬...
They took the money and nothing has been delivered Plus the phone number is permanently switched off and the email also got no response.
I am surprised how come this fraud website is still active despite of so many complaints.
This holds the authorities accountable.

Bought two OnePlus 8 covers, and one of them doesn't fit in. Asked them for replacement through email, even shared the video and they ask me to press them properly ..

I Had Ordered Two Back Covers And A Flexible Screen Guard From Zapvi. Done The Payment And Received A Message That I'll Be Shortly Notified About When The Delivery Is Going To Take Place. I Had Done It On February 1st 2021 And Till Now Haven't Received Any Message. Now When I Open The Site It Shows That The Site Has Been Suspended. I Want My Money Back As I Had Done It Via Debit Card As There Was No Cash On Delivery Mode.
