[Resolved]  Zapvi — Fraud. Took money and didn't get product.

I have placed an order for 2 cases. And after 3 days I have received an Email with Tracking Details Xpressbees courier. But Details they've provided is fake. When I called and check with Xpressbees they said the shipping ID is not valid. I tried to call Zapvi several times either number was switched off or Busy and ringing. I also messaged them in Whatsapp. But they never reverted back. I really want to place huge complaints against this fraud company. I want my product or want my money back. Please help me to resolve my query.
