Take our money in advance not sending the cover even after 13 days
I had ordered on 8th March and it is 21 st march and still not delivering the cover they are the biggest Scammers I have ever seen never ever order from a website either choose a trusted app or go offline they are the worst they have taken my ₹160 and still not giving back

I ordered 4 phn cases on 23rd of feb and it's march 12th now the site shows order was delivered on 6th Feb i have not received anything yet also the order was PREPAID the reply to mail with something useless i don't even asked for

Hello i had ordered three phone cases yet its not shipped and in tracking id it showing it has been cancelled by shipper on 7th march. when i mail them on help centre they are just repeatedly saying that it has been shipped on 6th March. now they are not responding my mails... my payment is prepaid yet they do not care about it

I had ordered 2 mobile cases on zapvi app...this month i.e feb 3 2023...when i tried to track my order it always showed wrong contact no. While i had given the right number...the status showed delivery attempted but failed. so, when i tried to complain this to zapvi through mail, they tried told me that they'll look into it...but it's 26th Feb 2023 and it's still undelivered.

I ordered 1 back cover for my phone and i don't like the quality at all and they showed on their website that they will refund the money if the product was not upto the mark and Hassel free replacement and refund now i am mailing them continuously they didn't accept their mistake they need video of.product tp show them what's wrong in that i maked video and showed them then again they said that their is no problem we already mentioned that litlle.bit color.change in product they didn't accept their mistake and they are fraud no client satisfaction nothing products are very cheap and they are fraud that's why they off the comment section in instagram page

I have purchased mobile back cover from this site, and the product having issues, when I asked for return, they denied it.

Providing back cover made with tyres rubber and smell is so bad coming from cover. Pathetic experience.

I wrongly ordered a phone cover for one plus Nord CE 2 lite from zapvi. I reached out to the customer service for initiating a refund/replacement because it is of no use to me. The least they can do is send me a replacement. My money is wasted.
