I had ordered 2 mobile cases on zapvi app...this month i.e feb 3 2023...when i tried to track my order it always showed wrong contact no. While i had given the right number...the status showed delivery attempted but failed. so, when i tried to complain this to zapvi through mail, they tried told me that they'll look into it...but it's 26th Feb 2023 and it's still undelivered....

I wrongly ordered a phone cover for one plus Nord CE 2 lite from zapvi. I reached out to the customer service for initiating a refund/replacement because it is of no use to me. The least they can do is send me a replacement. My money is wasted....

Hello, The Zapvi has not delivered my product yet .About 15 days are over but now also I've not got it.The courior service also haven't contacted me.Its now being hopeless.Please resolve it as soon as possible.They haven't refunded me my money to me. Just a request to them give me my order or give me my money....

I have ordered 5 days ago and the website promises that we will recieve tracking details within 4 days. There has been no sign of any update from the website and they don't even give any proper ways of knowing that if there have been any issues with my order. Please provide me any assistance in the regards.

I have placed an order for 2 cases. And after 3 days I have received an Email with Tracking Details Xpressbees courier. But Details they've provided is fake. When I called and check with Xpressbees they said the shipping ID is not valid. I tried to call Zapvi several times either number was switched off or Busy and ringing. I also messaged them in Whatsapp. But they never reverted back. I really want to place huge complaints against this...

I ordered 3 customized ceramic mugs from zapvi.in and paid rs 567.45 through debit card on 6th May. The company issued a tracking number[protected] in xpressbees on 8th May. But this number is invalid. When I put the number for tracking in xpressbees website it said 'no data found'. I think this is a fraud site. Please take some action....

I have ordered two phone cases on November 17 and I am trying to track my order, with the given AWB number in XpressBees, but when I enter the AWB number and track All I am getting is "No Data Found".
It's been days since ordered I have neither received the order nor am able to track it.

I have placed one order on there website and there is no way to contact them for the same. There is no way to create an account to cancel order. There phone number is always switched off. There emails addresses are fake.
They just accept the money and vanish.
I have taken the screenshots of there fraud. Kindly don't even try to buy anything on there website.
Report there instagram, there website. And be safe from these...

I had ordered a mobile back cover from this website with Order ID 9016486. But due to some issues. I cancelled it within 1 hour from order placement. I received a message that I will get my money back after a deduction of Rs 60/. But then I got another Mail that my refund was cancelled and the reason being that we were unable to process it. I Emailed them regarding this matter but I got no response. Now being helpless, I am complaining in the consumer forum against this. I am not getting any satisfactory response from their side. They are not even available on phone to solve the problem.

Fraud company sent wrong model n damaged cover misfit after 21 emails even they refused to change cover and blaming that it's company policy wrong order placed. No refund no exchanged
I commented on their social media page they removed my comment and blocked and reported my profile.
I want replacement or my money back as I have seen so many complaints on their pages this use to do it with almost costumers.

I have purchased a mobile back cover against an online payment of Rs. 159/- vide the attached Invoice. Eversince the payment has been done, no update or shipment has been done. E-mails sent to their authorised mail have been bouncing back. Please help me.

I've ordered real me 11 pro 5g silicone mobile back case and i've received the case on which design printed only just back side of the case .
And the case sides remained transperant .

The way they advertising about there products and quality is total ### . The worst worst worst quality BTW.

I ordered many products from Zapvi, such as phone cases, tempered glasses, and key chains, and paid for all of them. I contacted them about shipping my orders through either Dehlivery or Ecom Express Shipping Services and they said they were ok with it. After the orders were processed, they shipped them through ExpressBees (the Worst Shipping Service Ever) and I immediately contacted Zapvi about what they did, and they said your orders would reach you in 4 -5 days. After 15 days still, my orders are still under shipping and stuck in Dehli. I contacted Zapvi numerous times and they are not answering my emails. And now after around 20 days, they send me a text message that my orders have been returned back to their origin (Zapvi). To be honest I am frustrated because I run a shop and these orders are for my own customers who really are not happy with me now.

I am gonna file a case against the if they don't refund my money in a few days.

The covers are somewhat avg but not reliable and doesn't protect the edges and corners, if you buy hardcover case plus they don't replace the product if the print quality is bad like really bad and they don't find that as defective and wil behave like dumbos like you have to repeat 100times about the same thing. So there are better sites out there which sell good covers.

My cover was not delivered on time and there was not a expected date shown on the website either and they refused a refund

I recently ordered from Zapvi for my one+ 9R handset. However, i received cover for one+ 8T. When raised issue they asked me for vedio and photo as conclusive evidence, which i shared also. But they did not find any issue in that . Which is pathetic. I'm the photo which I shared with them the ordered item and received item difference was clearly visible, but they did not find any issue in that. Disappointing service.

Few days ago I ordered 2 phone cover 2 glasses keychain phone holder from ther website I have serch on their website for my phone's cover Vivo v27 but company sent me the cover of Vivo v27 pro now what's my folut in this now they told me that it's your folut you have ordered wrong product we cannot replace or refund it .

Worst experience ever I had seen.

My order for a phone cover worth Rs300 have not been delivered yet despite making prepaid payment in the month of May. The company is an absolute sham they don't reply to their email nor do they have any customer care service. Pathetic delivery time with no response. I want full refund for my order #6464178 from this company. Never ever buying from here and recommending others also to not to buy from this website

I purchased a mobile cover from zapvi and before the product was dispatched, I requested for an exchange of my existing mobile cover with another of zapvi’s mobile cover but zapvi declined my request.

They sent me a discoloured mobile cover, the image of which is attached below.

I emailed them asking for a refund but I’m yet to receive a response/reply/update from zapvi.

Kindly look into this.

I have ordered a mobile phone case with soft material but I have received a hard mobile phone case which misprint and also discoloration. Even after repeated complaints through emails they did not take any stand or did not return and replace the product which I want as a soft material. The even don't give us COD and ask for online payments only. The product is not being returned or replaced by the company said by the zapvi customer services. Even after saying that the customer have rights to return or replace the product, they said to order a new product but the old product will not be returned or replaced by the company. So this was very bad and was experience having online shopping through this types of sides which should never ever be trusted anymore.
Hope so by this consumer complain mail could do justice.

Take our money in advance not sending the cover even after 13 days
I had ordered on 8th March and it is 21 st march and still not delivering the cover they are the biggest Scammers I have ever seen never ever order from a website either choose a trusted app or go offline they are the worst they have taken my ₹160 and still not giving back

I ordered 4 phn cases on 23rd of feb and it's march 12th now the site shows order was delivered on 6th Feb i have not received anything yet also the order was PREPAID the reply to mail with something useless i don't even asked for
