[Resolved] Zapvi.in — Order not delivered | |||||
I placed order from zapvi [order #1994329] (March 23, 2020) The order status shows delivered but it is not delivered to me. I have contacted zapvi customer support multiple times through email but no help from the company. They are asking me to contact the shipping company and check. If the company can't deliver the product then why the company should accept my order and payment. This is a fraud company. I'm waiting from 3 months for the product to be delivered, this is the worst service. I want the product to be delivered soon or i want my refund immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 2, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Solved Oct 28, 2020 Updated by Sudhir Raman Zapvi is a fraud company, it says my product is delivered but it is not delivered to me. They show a false signature, it's not mine. Zapvi and Xpressbees have looted me. The tracking number provided by Xpressbees[protected] shows no data found when I try to check the tracking status on their website : https://www.xpressbees.com/trackBut they have created a false tracking status information to show me when I contacted them through email. I need your help, I need my refund.  | |||||
