All their covers are cheap quality silicon covers (₹30) and they print opaque designs on it to make it seem like a TPU or rubber case and sell it for (₹200-300). The print will come off within 5 days and the material will break within 2 months. They don't read support emails and don't replace or offer refund. Avoid at all costs. Boycott all Gujarati companies. All of them are fraudsters and scammers.

I have placed an order for 3 mobile covers and 1 key chain from zapvi.in on 19th april 2023. I have opted for all different photos for all the three mobile covers but by mistake they printed 2 same photos on 2 covers. Even after complaining for the same they are not ready to provide an exchange or refund for the same. Please look into the matter.

I have been charged for the product and it was promised to be delivered by April 28 2022 during the time of placing the order. Once the shipment process has been started the delivery time is extended till 2nd may 2022.
Its 5th today and the product is still not delivered to me.

I have sent many email and they keep on replying me with some more time extension.

Ordered a cover for Samsung galaxy note 8. Received a cover that does not fit. First they refused refund but then said we will refund in 3 days. Since Friday they have mentioned refunded but I haven't received a refund. When sent them an email they just keep saying refunded but dont send any transaction ID. They have an Instagram account. They post stories but refuse to reply to customer queries.

It's been 10th days since I have ordered product from zapvi, they promised me to deliver within 1-3 days but there is no sign of dispatched, customer care have only email support and not replying either

I have ordered phone back covers worth 327 and had done payment online. I got a mail saying it got delivered to my address on 8th Oct. But I haven't received my order.i have been trying to contact them .I get only one email saying it's already delivered.

We order 2 pop socket but came only one in the bill there is two quality also too bad

I have recently placed order from this compamy ZAPVI.IN which is in surat and I have not heard it back yet. After checking online I found out this is fraud and I lost my 312 on the order.. please have this compamy shut forever so they dont do any such frauds with any other people.

Ordered 6 covers, after giving enough proof of photos and videos(for 6 separate covers)of wrong delivery for 20 days emails they are mocking me by asking continues rubbish demand for videos.

I ordered on Sunday and Can't track my order and have mailed but no reply from customer service

I completed the payment but I didn't receive any order confirmation and also they are not responding.

I had order 4 items from zapvi.in. They confirm to ship order by 24 to 48 hours. But now after 4 days no update from them. Order is still in processing from starting day. Their Customer care number is also switched off and whatsapp last seen is 1 and half month ago. Please make my refund or deliver product.

I was surfing through instagram and came across this website and i have placed an order of 6 mobile covers which is online paid rs 555
I haven't received any response.. The contact number and email id provided on their website are fake

The order status shows delivered but it is not delivered to me.

I have contacted zapvi customer support multiple times through email but no help from the company. They are asking me to contact the shipping company and check.

If the company can't deliver the product then why the company should accept my order and payment. This is a fraud company.

I'm waiting from 3 months for the product to be delivered, this is the worst service. I want the product to be delivered soon or i want my refund immediately.

Sir, i ordered a customized back cover for my redmi 6 mobile on may 6th. I know everything is getting delayed due to this covid-19 pandemic situation..
But looks like this is a completely fraud website coz till now it's showing processing and also the mail address/contract number those are given to contact them nothing works..
So looks like my money got waste but i can't imagine if so then why this # company and its website is still on google web rather not being banned, coz there are so many fraud complaints against it here but many users...
Please i request to take a serious action against it asap...

I have ordered 14 mobile covers and 1 screen guard for rs 1, 119 from their site zapvi.in on 21 october, usually it takes two days to dispatch and 10 days to receive the product but now its been 21 days no message or nothing from their side i have called them mailed them no response from their side, and for clarification i have even contacted fedex to know whether the problem is from their side but they said it's from the seller side that they haven't dispatched the product. I don't know what to do now i am responsible for this order and my friends are saying me that i have lost their money...
