[Resolved] Zapvi — Refusal to initiate a refund/replacement | |||||
I wrongly ordered a phone cover for one plus Nord CE 2 lite from zapvi. I reached out to the customer service for initiating a refund/replacement because it is of no use to me. The least they can do is send me a replacement. My money is wasted. Was this information helpful? | |||||
