I had cancelled this particular order from Zara India, yet they managed to deliver this. They had no proof that this was delivered to me. After multiple proofs that I shared with them, that a cancelled order was delivered to me, they got convinced and arranged a courier to collect (which they usually do). They asked my account detailed to issue me a refund multiple times, I have them. They told me they issued refund on 8th Oct, then on 29th oct, then on 24th nov, never showing me the proof that they have actually transferred the money, I never received the refund. They kept telling me after every date that it will take 14 days for my refund to reflect in my account. And today they informed me that only 1 item was received when the courier boy in fact counted all the 4 items before accepting the return. I have done returns in the past also and the courier boy provides no receipt. And now they are asking me to share the proof that I have actually returned all the 4 items and refund to refund me. They have been harassing me all this while.
