Hi

I paid for my order through citrus solution payment, however my money ( Rs4470) has been deducted but in the app it’s still showing payment pending.
Kindly do something about it. It’s the first time I have actually come across this and is very disappointing.
Please do something

    My money got debited when I placed my order but the order got cancelled at ZARA due to payment failure. The transaction was successful from my end. Please refund my money.

      It's been almost 2 mnth now.. I returned a top worth RS 3000 because of the sizing issue... And haven't received any refund yet.. they said amount has been credited.. BT refused to provide any refund proof.. I contacted my bank regarding the same.. bank asking for refund transaction details n Zara kept ignoring the matter.. worst site ever.

        I have purchase from zara of total amount rs 13790 and i partially returned it as it dint fitted me and i was supposed to get the total refund of 9740 rs but its been a month they are not updating for my refund where as they have recieved my return..i have frequently contacted their customer care but they are not even providing me a transaction number of money refunded to me so that i could go and check into the bank..i hate zara now i cant trust anymore and m never gonna purchase from Zara..

        Hi, I’m facing similar issue and I have a picture of the bill but refund bill is lost so they are refusing to help. Any idea what I can do?

          Amount of rs 1580 is deducted via upi transaction but not paid to Zara
          So now I requested you to look into the matter and resolve my issue on priority basis

              While checkout on Zara India app, I chose to pay via UPI and COMPLETED my payment and money was deducted from my bank account, but my payment was not complete and order reflected as pending and eventually got cancelled. And I did not get any text about my refund.

                On 23rd february, 2020 i bought a pant from zara at 790, paid with the bhim app and the transaction was successful. But the employee said that the payment was not successful and asked to pay again, without checking if the amount was credited. Then when i said that i already paid and the amount is deducted, the was very rude and didn't listen and said that there was a problem with their server forbhim app transaction that day. So i said if there was a problem they should have informed me and i would have paid in cash. He then forced me to pay the amount again (In cash this time) and then only take my purchase, i borrowed cash from my friend and paid it as i had no other option. He was very rude and did not even check the problem and asked me to check with my bank. I checked with my bank and they said that the amount was credited to their account and the transaction was successful. When i went back to the store, the manager said that he still hasn't checked and told me to come again next week rudely. I went again after a week and he said he still didn't check and asked me come later. I went there 4 times after that and still i was not given my money back. After 7 months, i still haven't gotten my refund back. This is consumer exploitation and action should be taken regarding it.

                  I have purchased this shoe in dec 2019 and it been only 2 months, the shoe is teared apart as you can see from pic attached i have used fevikwik glue to stick it. I have never seen such a pathetic quality shoe in my life even a shoe of 250 rs work better then this. Attached is the pic of bill and shoe for reference. I will never buy anything of this so called zara brand.

                    Hi customer care,

                    I had purchased the attached zara men laptop bag 4 months ago from your store located at orion mall, bangalore. I had purchased this bag for 5000/-.

                    The quality of the bag is so awful that the handle of the bag broke. The bag is used for daily purpose and only a mac book air laptop, charger and book is been carried.

                    Being such a reputed company, i wasn't expecting the quality of the bag is to be so cheap that within 4 months the bag is broken.

                      Visited your zara outlet at fort mumbai on sunday 3rd feb
                      We had a specific requirement soon entering the store i asked the sales person where the tote bags are kept. He answered by saying look around they will be lying anywhere around here or first floor. So wee had to hunt for the totes bags all by ourselves... And we asked another salesperson also but no one seemed to care.. After25 mins we find one black and beige reversibile tote with no price tag.. So i ask the sales person the price and also if any colours availabe.. He said its for rs 1990.. And for colour options i should look around so again our treasure hunt begins..in some time my daughter found a maroon snake leather effect tote which was for rs 1890.. So i asked him why this difference.. He was like we dont know..
                      We kept on looking for colours but couldn t find anything.. Had my daughter not inssted on buynig the tote bag.. I would have just left the store.. It was really surprising and agonising.. We had to look around for 45 mins just for a bag!
                      Noone wants to help.. No one knows anything!!!
                      Finally we dicided since we are not finding any colours lets just pick the black one and leave.. That too just because my daughter insisted on buying one that day... So we billed it and it was for rs 1890
                      But to add to my agony... When we came home i saw that the handle has scratches
                      I am surprised that zara doesnt look into these type of things..
                      I have definately decided never to shop again from zara... Especially with the kind of service you all provide..
                      None of your sales representives are interested in helping out customers...

                      I recently (12 Jan 2020) bought a men jacket from Zara, Phoenix mall, Bangalore. It was torn from under the arm (Since it was torn from such a place, it could not be seen while buying). It is very unexpected from a brand like zara to maintain such quality. Disappointed.

                        I bought this red jacket from north country mall mohali (Punjab)
                        I bought during this summer sale. Thereafter hung it in the cupboard. When i took it out to wear it had this black spots all over.
                        I appreciate if you could refund my money or provide me with a similar jacket.
                        I do not have the receipt for the jacket as i bought it six months ago.

                          I bought my jacket from zara phoenix mall lower parel... Bt unfortunately i bought m size instead of l size i want to exchange bt i m not able to exchange because i lost my printed recipt... Bt the jacket is yet packed and also have its tag...                               I had purchased a Hand Bag (Item Code: [protected]) from Zara Store on 11th March, 2018 for INR 2990.00 however, when I was about to use the bag on 22nd March, 2018 I noticed that the bag was damaged. I had the tag which was attached to the bag and my card statement which shows the transaction details but I have misplaced the bill which was provided by the store. I contacted Zara Customer Care on 22nd March, 2018 at [protected]@in.inditex.com where i sent them the pictures of the bag, tag and purchase proof as i wanted the bag exchanged however, they responded to me on 26th March, 2018 saying that it wasnt a product issue.

                              This is an absurd response to my request. It has only been 10 days I took the bag and opened the bag on 22nd March to use it where I noticed it was torn.
                              There are a lot of cases online where people have complained about Zara not being helpful to customers and looting them.

                              These bags, clothing and accessories are just dumped on the stand/ rack or thrown at the counter which might have been the reason for it to get damaged however, Zara tells me that this is not a product problem. They refuse to exchange such expensive items looting the customer saying it is customer’s fault where it hasn’t even been 15 days that the item was purchased and you have an exchange/ return policy of 30 days. They can't locate a duplicate bill in their system or proof that the item was purchased which is another flaw to their system coz if i have the bag along with the tag it should be difficult to locate the purchase.

                                I have a zara shirt gifted to me and the size is smaller. Had visited the phoenix mall store to have this exchanged. The tag is intact but do not have the bill.

                                The request was to authorize exchange. Art : 7545/364/401 as i am unable to produce the bill.

                                We are not happy with the customer service provided as i had to travel to the store and the store manager did not resolve it.

                                Have sent multiple emails to [protected]@in. Inditex.com but they are not ready to exchange the size saying there is there is no problem with the product.

                                I am unable to use this, they are not ready to exchange not sure what can be done. Please help

                                  I had bought a Zara track pant from Mumbai a couple of months back and then I was in the U.S. for the last one and half months for a shoot. After the first wash I realized the length of both the sides are different from a very big margin. I returned back last week only. And when I went to the store, first the lady at the counter said 'It's okay sir. You can get it altered from any tailor. I was shocked to hear that from a Zara representative....
