Not giving my refund

On 7th jan I ordered from zara app at 2:29pm my money got deducted of rs3580 but order didn't place
It's been over a month now
I still haven’t received my refund
Even the bank said that the payment was successful
And the customer care executives are not listening to my issue and just asking me to wait for 24-48hrs after that when I again call them they give me the same statement...

    My order got delivered on 22/01/2022 and a return request was made due to poor quality. I have been getting message that my order will be picked but I have no news so far. I even contacted customer care and they told me there was an issue that’s why the item wasn’t picked. Request was initiated by him but still I’m waiting for the pick up....

    I have ordered few items from zara last month
    And returned 2 items from it
    The delivery guy has collected the items next day

    It’s been a month and i have not received any refund
    I am not getting any response from any of the customer care people
    I have been harassed from past 1 week

    Zara India is such a disappointment Who only knows how to harass customers and are not ready to return their money

    I am writing and fighting for my own money, which is a big shame on these People

        The order was placed and cancelled on 6th of January 2022. The company refuses to issue me a refund because according to them they didn't receive it which is totally false. I have the proof of transaction. They have the worst customer service. They don't listen to my complaint when I call their helpline let alone address it. They are clearly running a shopping fraud.

          I bought 2 items on 2nd January 2022 from Zara app. I've requested for a return request on 13th, 19th, 22th, 25th, January 2022 but no response till now. The customer care agent that I've chat with from their app help centre always give the same standard reason of technical error for non pickup of return request. The company have a return policy of 30 days but they are evading their responsibility which is a fraud on the customers.

            I bought an i tem from zara i returned that otem in a perfect condition with all tags in it they refused me and said that the item was used and i didn’t used that item seriously that was not expected

              I ordered a perfume of Rs. 1290 with shipping charges 290, did payment through UPI on 28th Nov, 2021.
              Then I cancelled it on same day. But not yet received the refund.
              I talked to their customer care, they mentioned check with your bank but there is no problem on the bank side as I'm still doing transactions from that account.

                I was placing an order on zara india online on 14th december and had opted for payment via upi.
                I then did the payment through google pay for which zara had used citrus payment gateway.
                I did the transaction via [protected]@okicici and money got debited from my account but zara did not received the amount.
                So zara cancelled the order from their side as it keep pending
                I haven’t been initiated a refund.

                Kindly check my concern and give me refund of my money at the earliest.

                  Greetings!
                  I, Aditi Sethi, email id: [protected]@gmail.com, have been trying tirelessly to get some help from your PATHETIC, HIGHLY UNSENSITIVE AND INEFFECIENT customer service department; but in vain. It is getting totally frustrating.
                  I ordered 10 items, ORDER NO: [protected]; PAID for 10 items, 10 items were delivered, but they 8 were too tight, so I had to return those 8 and request for a refund. All 8 were CHECKED AND PICKED UP AND TAKEN by your courier person ( blue dart).
                  The REFUND processed is for 7 items instead of 8
                  ORDER NO: [protected]- REFUND ISSUED ONLY FOR 7 ITEMS- BUT PICKED UP 8 FOR RETURN!!!
                  I had returned 8 items!!! Why is the refund showing only for 7 items??? What about the choker????- M PACK OF CHOKERS CHARMS Black 0/1856/273/800/03 1 unit- THIS IS MISSING!!!

                  No one is even trying to help me over chat over the last 7 days; not even 1 email has been answered, your company has a FAKE number, just because you guys do not want to be answerable to customers like us ( whom you guys have cheated) calling and asking for our money back; even your really really "SAD “ Facebook department is not extending any help!!!

                  All I keep from your pathetic representatives over the live chat is: “sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated this and request you to wait for 24-48 hours”!!! THE LONGEST 24-48 HOURS…NEVER ENDING…STILL ON AT THE END OF 7TH DAY TOO………. No one ever messages or calls back… and the same thing goes on the next day…and the next …and the next…… what the hell?
                  What am I supposed to do?
                  Where is my money?
                  How do I get my hard earned money back?
                  Do I need to approach consumer complaint department for my money?

                  I shall be highly obliged if you could ( you being my last resort) please help me get my refund ASAP!

                  I'm facing the same issue with Zara. I returned 5 items to zara and they were picked up by Ecom express and delivered to the zara warehouse on 14 December. But Zara is denying that they have received the products and are not giving me the refund.

                  Can you please suggest a way to file a consumer case against zara? Or any other way in which I can get my refund back? Because this is absolute cheating and zara anyway has an extremely bad customer support network. Not able to voice and escalate my concern. Please help out.

                    I ordered a ankle boot from Zara which I returned. They rejected my return and refused to refund the money, saying the boot is used which I haven't because the size was big and they don't have exchange policy so it returned it on the same day of delivery...and I ordered the small size thinking that after returning it I will get the small one but now they want me to pay for both the boots.. such a bogus team

                      I ordered a dress from Zara which I returned. They rejected my return and refused to refund the money, saying the garment is "damaged". I did not wear the dress even once.

                        My package got delivered on the afternoon of 23/10/2021 and I requested for a return because of size issues. I received an email saying an agent will pick it up in 24-48 hours. Kept waiting and no news so I contacted their customer care on 28/10/2021 and again I was assured that it will be picked up in 24-48 hours. No activity for more that 10 days, so I contacted them on the phone on 10/11/2021 and 12/11/2021 and both times I was given the assurance that it will be picked up in 24-48 hours. In the world of Zara 24-48 hours is a month. They are not even giving me a reason as to why it’s not getting picked up and neither are they giving me the option to drop it off at a delivery partner of their choice. I have already informed them that I will be out of station after Nov 16, 2021 and it’s starting to look like they’re just out to create problems for me.

                              Hello,
                              On 3rd September 2021, I placed an online order on the Zara India app.
                              I opted to pay for the order via Gpay/UPI Payment method, upon entering my UPI ID credentials I was directed to the Citrus Payment Solutions Gpay account. I made the necessary payment and the amount got deducted from my bank account.
                              However, on the ZARA app, it says payment processing?
                              I tried to talk to a ZARA Representative and they said that the payment is at the approval stage, if the payment doesn't come through the order will be cancelled.
                              Please look into this matter and I urge you to resolve this asap.

                                I bought zara flat sandle about 15 days ago from delhi select citywalk mall zara, i wore them only 2 times and they break and torned because i am here in delhi for some work basically i am from haryana i went to the store to resolve my issue beacuse i bought them for 3000 rupees i am cery disappointed from zara that they call themselves a brand but the product is worst than a roadside sandle, i wemt to the store told them about my issue the manager said me that these are used we can' tdo anything like seriously how can they say that because i buy them ofcourse to use not for show piece i am very very dissatisfied from the behaviour of the zara manager zara product the worst worst product ever like these are your ettiqettes this is the you treat your customers an— resolve issues i bought a product by spending this much money and this is the result i got i think i haven been give them 3, 000 rupees to charity that was good instead of buying so called zara i never ever thought that that's how they resolve my issue i absolutely pist it on my youtube channel my instagram handle to aware people about zara so they can save themselves from fraud so called zara" b product from zara and get cheated" very cheap product and services thankyou zara for your services i am so much overhelmed that i tell about this hospitality to everyone...

                                  So I opted for a return and my request is approved on 7 of saturday. But my pickup is has not been attempt yet. The return policy says Pickup will expire in 3 days, I even chat with one agent call Shivangi, But as soon as I explain my needful She ended the chat, and all my mails has not been responded. Is this how to run bussiness? If we cant keep the product and request for return, its for a reason Okay. This is how im never going to purchase anything from zara again. But before that I need my refund of 3990 . So disappointed in my first order

                                      I was purchasing a black jegging online through Zara app.I chose an option to pay through UPI payments. They redirected me to citrus solutions merchant to continue my payment. I entered my upi id of phonepe pay .My money 2, 080 got deducted but my order in the Zara app still shows payment pending. Kindly refund my money.

                                      I immediately want an action to be taken and refund my miney as soon as possible.

                                          Hi, I'm writing this complaint because I haven't received my refund amount that was supposed to be sent for the last 1 month. I've been told that it was processed on 28th June 2021 when I spoke with an agent, but neither there was any message nor any transaction shown in my bank account of that day.                                               I received a faulty item through online purchase, I contacted the customer care executive & they created a return request from their end. My item was picked up & they rejected the return of whole order stating they had sent the item in perfect condition.
                                              Such poor services. Their customer service sucks big time.

                                                    I made a transaction of 5490 on 1st December (via UPI) with Zara India and the same was reversed by the merchant on 10th December. However, I have not received the credit till date. My bank (HDFC) requires proof of payment, transaction status and mode by which the payment was made to be able to assist with this further. I have raised multiple requests with both Zara and Citrus Payments Solution, but haven't received any response yet. Have not received the amount as refund till date. It's been over 3 months and request your immediate response. Would request the team to initiate refund to account number [protected] (HDFC bank)

                                                      I have returned 2 orders of approx 12000 but the refund not initiated. Its been more than 3 months. Everytime we reach out to customer care we used to listen the order is in transit. Nobody has the info.

                                                        I have been a customer of your brand for ages.bought a clothing at your Mumbai store at phoenix market city kurla.need to exchange my product bought last week from fresh stock.have misplaced the bill.
                                                        The store wants to seek a day or two to just get an approval for that.
                                                        It's very disappointing to know this asthe product is completely in saleable state with pricetags in order and no damage whatsoever.

                                                        I wish you do not put me in a state where I would never want to shop your brand ever.
                                                        During these covid times all stores are been so cooperative and competitive .your store has always lagged in case of customer service.
