[Resolved]  Zara India — I am being denied my refund for the article already been picked up and approved for return and refund!

Greetings!
I, Aditi Sethi, email id: [protected]@gmail.com, have been trying tirelessly to get some help from your PATHETIC, HIGHLY UNSENSITIVE AND INEFFECIENT customer service department; but in vain. It is getting totally frustrating.
I ordered 10 items, ORDER NO: [protected]; PAID for 10 items, 10 items were delivered, but they 8 were too tight, so I had to return those 8 and request for a refund. All 8 were CHECKED AND PICKED UP AND TAKEN by your courier person ( blue dart).
The REFUND processed is for 7 items instead of 8
ORDER NO: [protected]- REFUND ISSUED ONLY FOR 7 ITEMS- BUT PICKED UP 8 FOR RETURN!!!
I had returned 8 items!!! Why is the refund showing only for 7 items??? What about the choker????- M PACK OF CHOKERS CHARMS Black 0/1856/273/800/03 1 unit- THIS IS MISSING!!!

No one is even trying to help me over chat over the last 7 days; not even 1 email has been answered, your company has a FAKE number, just because you guys do not want to be answerable to customers like us ( whom you guys have cheated) calling and asking for our money back; even your really really "SAD “ Facebook department is not extending any help!!!

All I keep from your pathetic representatives over the live chat is: “sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated this and request you to wait for 24-48 hours”!!! THE LONGEST 24-48 HOURS…NEVER ENDING…STILL ON AT THE END OF 7TH DAY TOO………. No one ever messages or calls back… and the same thing goes on the next day…and the next …and the next…… what the hell?
What am I supposed to do?
Where is my money?
How do I get my hard earned money back?
Do I need to approach consumer complaint department for my money?

I shall be highly obliged if you could ( you being my last resort) please help me get my refund ASAP!

Hi,

I'm facing the same issue with Zara. I returned 5 items to zara and they were picked up by Ecom express and delivered to the zara warehouse on 14 December. But Zara is denying that they have received the products and are not giving me the refund.

Can you please suggest a way to file a consumer case against zara? Or any other way in which I can get my refund back? Because this is absolute cheating and zara anyway has an extremely bad customer support network. Not able to voice and escalate my concern. Please help out.
