On 7th jan I ordered from zara app at 2:29pm my money got deducted of rs3580 but order didn't place
It's been over a month now
I still haven’t received my refund
Even the bank said that the payment was successful
And the customer care executives are not listening to my issue and just asking me to wait for 24-48hrs after that when I again call them they give me the same statement
