Zara India — Returning an item from Zara

I had purchased a pair of trousers from Zara. I wanted to return it because of fitting issues but unfortunately I had lost the bill.

All the tags on the item however are still in tact. The lady at the billing counter was extremely rude and completely refused to get it exchanged.
