[Resolved]  Zara — Refund has not been initiated

Sir, i bought a product online from zara which i have returned because shoes size was big.Sir, when my return arrived, the company people are saying that I have arrived with non-Zara product, due to which I cannot give your refund. Sir i always do online shopping and sir i have returned product many times but this is happening with me first times.Sir request you to solve my problem and try to get my refund.

0008000501020 Zara number I had called on this number and talked but did not get any satisfaction. He said that another product has reached me, so I cannot give you a refund. I request you to solve my problem.
