I placed an order at Zara which contained 14 items in total. 2 items I received within the estimated delivery date whereas out of the remaining 12 items, I received 5 items correct and 2 wrong items i.e., in total 9 items after 15 days of estimated delivery date. I complained regarding the same that is 7 items are missing and 2 items were delivered wrong to Zara customer support with all the photos attached. Now it’s been 10 days and they...

I’ve ordered few items from Zara on 28th June 2023 and the delivery was for 4th July 2023 but till date I.e., 15th July 2023 I haven’t received my parcel and in my account the parcel is showing it has reached its destination. I’ve contacted Zara for the same but they are not responding and I’ve also contacted the courier partner and they told me that they couldn’t deliver the parcel as Zara has not updated them to deliver . I’ve been calling Zara every day from the last 10 days and they are not responding to the issue.

Amount deducted from account but order not confirmed
I have just placed an order from Zara and i have paid via debit card and the transaction was successful with transaction id[protected] and the amount has been deducted but its showing as payment pending . I have already contacted their customer service and they’ve told me that an auto refund will be initiated. Kindly resolve this issue and would like to know when the deducted amount will be reflected back .

Duplicate products or First Copy products from ZARA
At times some products sold on ZARA website/ APP is different that what is sent to the buyer.
It absolutely looks like there is a first copy of products being sent with all proper tags.
The products were bought at the MRP prices. these are not discounted as well.
Original images have been attached and products that is received is different. Have bills as well.
Also defective cloths being sent out without quality checking

Regarding missing item
I complain at zara with all proof that order is missing and box is damaged an d already mention delivery boy was not ready to wait or come tomorrow as he told me if I don't receive today he will cancel my order ..so i pay him from office he left downstairs and when i came and received all i received a empty damaged box with cover paper which is inside ...i complaint in zara 4-5 times ya they included the prouduct in box bt i haven't received it..it's you responsibility to deliver it correctly..

Denying refund

I ordered a white jacket from zara, i received a green one of same amount. I raised a return request stating delivery of wrong item. They received the jacket and warehouse is saying we had shipped right one. We will not refund. The jacket i ordered was large in size i received xtra large. And it is totally useless to me and they are denying a refund

Refund not initiated by Zara
Hi,
I raised a return request to zara on 9 December for 5 items and the request was approved on 10 December and they scheduled a pickup for the same. The items were picked up via Ecom express AWB number [protected] on 10 December at 9:23 am and delivered to the Zara warehouse on 14 December. But Zara is denying that they have received the products and are not giving me the refund. I have screenshots and proof that items have been delivered to the zara warehouse at Bilaspur on 14 December.
Can you please suggest a way to file a consumer case against zara? Or any other way in which I can get my refund back? Because this is absolute cheating and zara anyway has an extremely bad customer support network. Not able to voice and escalate my concern. Please help out.

1. I Had Ordered Two Products From Zara Online And I Had Returned Them Within Time Period But When I Asked Them For Refund They Send Me The Product Back After More Than 20-25 Days From The Date When I Had Returned The Products. Crappy delivery and return support

I had ordered few items around 29th of June and estimated delivery day was around 14th of July. Given the weather conditions i was okay to wait for this long but as the date passed, i was left with no choice but to contact the customer support. Each time I asked them to expedite the process, they shrugged off the matter asking me to wait for 48-72 hours. And may I tell even after a week they gave the same excuse that there is some courier issue and I should wait for another 48-72 hours. So I asked them to cancel the order but that too went in vain. Idk if I'll ever receive the order that's sitting in the destination city for more than 15 days.

Return not picked up after requesting for 20 days
I have requested for return of 9 Nos of products ordered from Zara, I am still awaiting them to be picked up after waiting for 20 days. I have contacted their chat and phone 5 times, they have asked to wait for 3-4 working days every time, I have contacted them. This is cheating of highest kind. Issue me a refund to resolve this instantly.

Payment deducted twice & refund not initiated for cancelled order yet
I’ve two cases to tell you about

My money got deducted twice amount: 3580
2- order NO. [protected]
The same issue happened the money got deducted and the app still ‘complete your payment’ so I canceled the order.
I haven’t received the confirmation if the refund has been initiated for this. Even after connecting with you over calls and chat a end number of times. Please help.

I am facing same issue since January. Rs 3880 was deducted twice and order wasn't placed. Haven't been refunded till now after calling them so many times.

Scam of Rs 3990
Sir i have been scammed of Rs 3990 of the product order no - [protected] i bought on 28june. On 5th of July i returned it because it was not upto the mark.., so the delivery partner Ecom express pickup guy came and checked the box and the product and took it...
After 1 week I recieve an email that they have recieved a non Zara item.. Please help, Because they are fraud, the same type of fraud they have committed, and never refunded the money

Refund not received over 2 months. Zara fraud.

It has been over 2 months and I have not received my refund from Zara INDIA. I have returned the product to them and they said that refund will be initiated and should reflect within 15-20 days. After following up they are refusing to help since I have lost refund bill copy but I have original bill picture with me.

Called twice on customer care but absolutely horrendous reply as if there are illiterates seating at customer care desk to attend customer calls.. and when you ask to take their seniors on the call even if there are 3 -4 seniors available they keep your phone on hold for more than 20 minutes and they are sleeping over the issue reported i.e. they never come on call...

I received a product on 4th june from zara and returned it back on the same day. Today is 23 june and its been more than 20 days that I have not received the refund. Usually such brands return within 3/4 working days! When I’m trying to call them they dont pick up the calls or the support agent asks me to wait further!

The deliveeboy and zara both are fraud. The are doing fraud with customers. The think the customer are stupid. I want my refund otherwise I will file a case against zara and deliver couriour partner. Refund related issue
From zara online store i ordered two jeans (order number-[protected]).Both jeans are different from picture.so i visited zara store in my city.but in one jeans inner tag was missing while outer tag was properly fitted (all information was readable in the tag. plus jeans was unused).after that they won't accept my jeans and suggested me to return online.So i make a return request from zara app and jeans was sent to the zara store.yester i got email from zara regarding refund and in the mail they wrote that i cannot get refund because inner tag was missing.but when i received the product that time also the inner tag was missing.product amount(INR 2890)

I made a purchase on zara for the amount 5980 on 23 march 2033 and made tha payment through upi.. I made the cancellation within half n hour on the same day itself and not even the product was dispatched or received yet my amount is not credited back to me . It’s more than a month and their team only says that financial team is looking into it yet no response from their side..

I had purchased two items on 23rd Feb 2022 Amounting to Rs.3580/-. Amount deducted once but their customer care folks said amount didnt credited yet so they said to redo the payment which I did. Two times INR 3580 got deducted from my account. After that I checked with my bank they also conformed two times payment got deducted and credited to Zara account. Later on with all proof I reached out to the customer care and then they also confirmed about two times payment received. Now its going to be a months time, I am continuously following up with then and they keep on giving excuses we are yet to get an approval from their finance. My money INR 3580/- is pending for long and Zara has no customer care number and email id. They only have automated chat box for all queries. Requesting you to please help. They have cheated us. Such a big brand, didnt expect this from them.

I ordered and Jacket from Zara’s website and the size was not perfect for me so i asked if I could exchange so they told yes and sent the delivery man to pickup they told exchange couldn’t be possible so we will give u refund and u can reorder it after we refund it but after 1 week i tried to call them and contact them I couldn’t and they didn’t even gave me my refund since 5-6 months!
