Zebpay — 50,000 rupees was not credited in my wallet | |||
Respected sir/mam, i had sent many email to you but always given not satisfactory answer, why zebpay doesn't call to their customer if they have any problem. My problem is same as i mentioned in previous email. I had transferred 50000 rupees through mobikwik. You said we didn't get any fund (50000), may be order was declined by mobikwik. So talk to mobikwik. I had sent many messages to mobikwik too. And mobikwik is saying same things, mobikwik is saying, 50000 rupees was transferred successful in zebpay account. Now i am confused what i do and what not! Becasue i am not new customer for zebpay and for mobikwik too. Both applications i have been using since 2016, but never ever had happened like this in my life before. Yes one thing mobikwik suggested me, so i want to consult with you, mobikwik said, say to zebpay please show the transaction list of 30 april. 50000 rupees was transferred or not on 30 april in zebpay account. If you don't have any problem please share the list so that i could talk to mobikwik with the genuine reason. Please help me, during lockdown it was very tough for me, i have gone many times to bank too. My email id is [protected]@yahoo.co.in I am sending all the necessary documents along with this mail, you can check your account again with this reference number so that it could be cleared that my 50000 rupees is credited in your account or not. If it is credited in your account on 30 april you may credit same amount (50000 rupees) in my zebpay wallet or transfer in my bank account, there is no issues.
